this is a great community to spend your college years. I have met so many people, the community is always having a party, and you really do meet and get close with your neighbors. i know the building that i'm in, its almost an open door policy. the maintenance men are really skilled and know what they are doing and the girls in the office are very cute and willing to help out!! overall, this is a really laid back community in an amazing location and mostly known for all of the cool ass people that live here. a truly great place to live
