Good location, not so good apartments

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2002
I've lived here for two years and my brother lived here for four years. It has a great location on bus route, but the apartments aren't nice at all. With the exception of the master bedroom, all the other rooms are too small (9'x9'). The management is nice, but not helpful. Maintenance is slow and there are many problems. I definitely recommend another apartment complex. Also, near the housing projects
