Cheapest apt. this close to campus. Most apts are like twice the price if you want to live within walking distance to campus. I walk to class everyday unless it rains then i just hop on the milledge ave. uga bus that has a stop right next to us. the apartments are a little older, but i heard they are remodeling the insides between now and next summer. the staff are even building a new mail box set up with a roof so the residents dont get wet checking their mail. they rock
