I have lived in Towne Club for three years now...and I've loved all three years. We are about to move out and I can honestly say I'm pretty sad. The improvements to Towne Club over the last 3 years have been awesome. The parking lot in front of my apartment has been re-done and now we have huge parking spots. There is a new mailbox that was built and it looks great, and also has a roof so you don't get rained on when you check your mail. The maintenance staff has improved 100%- maintenance requests are handled the same day; I couldn't ask for more than that. Our air conditioner went out about a month ago, and maintenance was there within the hour, working on it. It was eventually replaced completely. The whole ordeal was pretty much hassle-free for us and I really appreciated the help of the staff. You couldn't be any closer to campus while still having the off campus lifestyle. I can wake up 30 minutes before class and still be there on time. The pool is kind of small, but when there are only residents laying out, its not a bad place. A couple of times when I was laying out, the staff came out and kicked people out of the pool who didn't live there. It sucked for them...but they don't pay rent like the residents do...so whatever. The renovations have been a little but noisy, but if you look at what they have done, you'll realize that Towne Club is going to be the best location, AND the best looking apartments in town once they are done renovating. I wish I could stay longer!! I love living here!
