Where to begin...The day we moved in we found cat litter all over the floor so much for a cleaning fee. I don't think they touched the apartment. Then about a week into living there our entire apartment erupted with fleas. We had fleas everywhere and we DID NOT have a pet in the apartment. We complained to management for days and finally had to have our parents call and threaten a lawsuit to get them to take care of the problem. The walls are super thin and my nocturnal neighbor kept me up at all hours playing music. The rules are not enforced at all. Our neighbors kept all of their trash on the porch and we had bugs and rodents in our apartment. I walked into my room one day and there was a mouse on my bed! Our A/C broke and they kept sending an incompetent maitenance man to fix it and he did nothing until after the third visit when he had to actually call a professional. Finally we we moved out were were slapped with a fee because we had "painted the apartment" We never painted the apartment and they would not back down and finally threatend to send us to collections over it when we refused to pay. If you spend your days drunk you may not notice all of the problems but if you have a bit of common sense stay away!

I lived there too and had similar problems to that. From day 1 our A/C broke and the maintenance man NEVER fixed it totally. When we got our cable installed the guy told us they COULDN'T install it there due to other problems and it took months to get that up due to how they had the cable installed to the apartment initially. Our neighbors kept us up all hours of the night almost every night. The dryer broke about 3 times while we lived there. They charged us a moving out fee for "trash" so they say. We didn't leave ANY trash behind. We left the place spotless. If you like to party 7 days a week you'll like it. If you are actually a student at UGA that studies, you'll probably hate it.

yeah we had a flea problem after a few weeks of living there and now they are trying to charge us for the bill and accuse us of "housing a pet!"
