Located right off of the UGA bus line, relatively close to downtown, right in the heart of the milledge. sounds good, right' wrong. the management is terrible. within the first month, the dryer breaks, the washer breaks, the shower become stuck in the on position, the dishwasher floods the kitchen, and the a/c goes out twice. the $250 dollar cleaning fee must have been some sort of joke because the place was disgusting when we moved in. Mold on the walls and kitchen. There was paint on the carpet. Everything was incredibly dusty and dirty. Be sure that when you take a tour of the apartments, you ask to see an apartment other than the model. It was the old bait and switch. My recommendations to you are to stay away. I sure won't be living here once my lease runs up.
