I live in a renavated town home in Towne Club. All of our appliances are new, the rooms and living room our laid out well (except one of the bathrooms is pretty small), and the neighbors are very social and nice. The pool and volleyball area is excellent, and there is plenty of parking for you and your guests. The management is very helpful and reponds to all of our needs. The best part of Towne Club is the location. You can walk to football games and the Milledge bus has two stops really close to the complex. No driving to class! Three of my friends are moving here next year because the location and people are so great.
