Run While You Still Can

One of the worst places I have ever lived and would not even recommed this to my worst enemies. During move in inspection I closed the back door to our unit at which time the door knob slipped out from the door and the light cover in our kitchen fell on my head and shattered all over the kitchen floor.
Our carpet was old, stained, and terrible and when we moved out they tried to make us pay for a replacement.
Our stove/oven was a dissaster. Anytime you wanted to heat something in the over it took twice as long as it should have because none of the heat stayed in the oven, anything sitting on or anywhere around the stove top would either burn or melt from the escaping heat.
Our washer/dryer was so worthless we should have just taken our clothes to a nearby creek to wash them in and air dry. Took often 3 to 4 cycles for clothes to dry.
If our electrical outlets worked we were lucky. Even luckier if when you unplugged an appliance the outlet would stay in the wall. This is a really big problem for the outlets in the bathroom right next to a sink where if you unplugged something the outlet immediately fell into the sink.
Our back door never locked, mainly because the door knob would not stay in the door, which is a big problem when you can jump from the next door balcony.
Our AC broke and was not fixed for over a week. When it was finally "fixed" even more problems ensued. They managed to break a pipe in the ceiling which leaked everywhere. The leak cause stains in the ceiling and walls, soaked our carpet upstairs which cause a huge mold/mildew problem and a big hassel as we used buckets to try and catch all of the water spilling down. This continued for weeks even with at least one phone call a day to the office and multiple walks to the office to complain about the problem. It was only fixed after the water stains surrounded the outlets and light switches in the hallway where you would pray everytime you turned on a light that you wouldn't die that day and when we turned on the hallway light only to have it explode because the water had filled the case around the bulb. At this point, only with threatening to call the authorities and lawyer for our personal safty was the problem finally fixed. The water was fixed after weeks of living in fear, with mold, and with no AC, and then management tried to still make us pay to fix the mold issue and the water stains in the ceiling.
This place is a complete waste of money and I would never suggest anyone ever live in this complex unless you do not care at all about yourself.

I agree! a few weeks after moving in we had a flea problem, two months later they are trying to hand us over the bill and accuse us of "housing pets". Oh and we also have a mold problem, which after three months they have failed to do anything about and our apartment was filthy upon move in.
