I have been living at Towne Club for 8 months now and I have very little complaints, since I am living here again next year too! I save money on a parking pass (you can't beat walking to class!), all my friends live here, I have also met a lot of people here, the staff is very friendly and helpful (maintenance fixes any problems quickly), we haven't had bad pest problems like some apartments I have heard of, don't have to worry about location on game days (we have pancake tailgates here :), we have a great view of the pool and volleyball courts but it's never too loud outside either, the pool is also a great way to get a free tan in the summer, it's a payment well worth the reasonable price, close to Kroger where I can grocery shop as well as the Alps Shopping Center and Omni Health and Fitness! What more can I say' You should live here too!!
