I just moved out of Towne Club a month ago. I didn't realize how good I had it until I left. I moved to Atlanta after graduating. They're letting me sublease my apartment at TC. My new lardlord is nothing like the propert manager at TC. And I didn't have hot water for two weeks straight after moving in... no one would help. But at TC, when I had a problem, it was soon fixed. AND YOU CAN'T BEAT THE LOCATION!
