Towne Club is in a perfect location. It is a 2 min walk to the bus stop going either to tate or to south campus. Walking to campus only takes like 20 min. Plus, you dont have to worry about parking on game days because you can just leave your car here and walk to the stadium in no time. The apartments are a little small, but totally doable. The two things i dislike most are the tiny washer/dryer unit and the smallest bathroom in the town house is the one that is meant to be shared. Maintnence is fairly quick about fixing necessary things. Towne club is an all around safe and great apartment complex!
