We really liked towne club overall. We did have a one maintenance issue, but it was answered quickly. We really are excited about the new pool, which is super nice. Management is friendly too. For the good location, you really can't find a nicer place in my opinion.

I like the fact that police patrol regularly as it makes the neighborhood safer and decreases the chance of car or apartment break-ins.
