I lived here 6 years ago. The first apartment I had was awful. It was a bedroom in College Court...loud neighbors and not clean when I moved in. I didnt feel safe, therefore I complanined and moved into the high rise.


My studio there was okay. My neighbors were not too loud and it seemed safer. However, the AC was old and I never turned it on because of the smell.





I never heard of any car break ins. I didnt have problems with the staff either.
The laundry was nice after they got new washers and dryers.
It's close to campus that why I chose living there...but if they had shown me the apartment where i was moving in before I would not have taken it. They showed me a different one which was clean, nice, and not so dark.
