I recently moved from another country and the Office Staff helped me in my transition to my new home in Athens. They were extremely helpful in advising me on what places to go, from dining to places to hang out. They have even as gone as far as offering me rides on their own time. As far as maintenance goes the few problems I have had with my apartment everything was fixed correctly the first time and always within 24 hours of my request. Probably one of the best parts of living here is the value factor. It is extremely cost effective for what you get and very close to campus. I have often times when the weather is nice walked to school. The only gripes I have are the pet fee which should be a deposit, the water and trash fee which in reality is a rental increase (most places don't charge for water), and the building I live in needs a face lift.
