Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
 
I love this place since it has a dog park in the back. Since they put in a drainage system it isn't half bad. Sure the kitchen and bathroom sink fixtures are old and my tub has leaked for the past year, but I love the rest of the apartment and I am getting what i pay for.
