I lived there for one year. Three serious problems.
1. safty
a man entered my room at about 4:00am (I forgot to lock my door). I awaked up. Nothing happened, God blessed me.
2. serious noise. Landlord did not resolve the problem until I left.
3. there are tricks (for example, see leasing agreement, Term 6)

All term 6 states is you have to give a 30 day notice before you move. Like every apt. complex in Athens
