I lived at University Garden Apts for two and half years and enjoyed myself. Its very affordable for people who have to work for a living and dont make very much money. I also had several nieghbors living next to me for long periods of time who, if asked, would give the same opinion.

yes, this place is relatively cheap, but at what cost? impossible office staff, deteriorating buildings, no-help maintenance? This rating seems crazily generous to me, but maybe I've been unusually unlucky in my bad experiences here.
