there was a leak a good couple of months ago in the high rise, carpet and ceiling still have stains in it, looks horrible. yea one of the amenties is the pool but your lucky if u get to swim b.c it seems always closed maintance they claim, and when u ask they are rude about it. they only person worth talking to is pam. but everyone else is rude. they seem nice at first. the fitness room and laundry mat are really nice. and the ac is only the the main room so plan are putting your bed in the living b/c our bedroom is so hot during summer, noise is ok and no one seems to bother us, and they have decent specials

this review gives you a taste of the problems you'll have dealing with the office staff. I agree that pam is friendly, but she makes a lot of mistakes, even on the most basic clerical tasks. wouldn't be a problem if the mistakes were aknowledged and quickly fixed...but guess again. And yes, this place looks horrible. I only wonder why such a high rating?
