You get what you pay for. Cheap Rent, but you really feel like they made up for the loss in maintenance and up-keep. Over all I wouldn't recommend living here for more then a few years.

yeah, the rent is cheap and the location is good, but it isn't worth the lack of maintenance or the impossible office staff. I agree with everthing in this review except for the generous rating. I mean, come on!
