I have lived here for two years and I was happy for the first year and a half. The office staff was always helpful and I liked how close it was to campus yet far enough away to be out of the downtown drunken scene. The apartment itself is acceptable and I haven't had any trouble having things repaired. Then the renting population seemed to change overnight about 3 months ago. The couple next door fights and screams at each other all hours of the day and night, including chasing each other around the building at 2 am and no one ever does anything about it. There are various people in the parking lot who seem to be either naturally insane or under the influence of something. The rent is cheap, so of course it attracts the kinds of people who can only afford to pay cheap rent. If you choose to live here, you will get a tolerable apartment and nice people in the office, but don't expect classy neighbors and learn to sleep through noise. If it is all you can afford, then you learn to deal with it. But if you have money to pay for something better, I would advise you to choose a nicer place. I will say it is a lot better than the other places I looked at in the same price range, so among the very cheap apartments it is probably the best choice. mgFDbN4-dhkSMZ7zRmVH

I agree with everything but the nice people in the office. Actually they SEEM nice when you sign you lease, but good luck if you have any problems. The parking lot really is full of crazy people at night, you won't feel safe here.
