I've lived here for seven years and I can tell you that the office staff are impossible to deal with and will make your life miserable. First, they instantly charge you $50 if you are a few days late on your rent no matter how long you've lived here and how good a tenant you've been. Second, they make mistake after mistake after mistake and it is not uncommon for you to find unexpected $50 fees tacked to your door because they lost your check or because they misentered your payment information. I actually paid a full years rent in advance just to avoid dealing with those people....and they STILL made two mistakes. First they didn't process the check (and charged me $50 within a month) and then they charged me twice for water and trash (and charged me another $50 fee when the money ran out). I've been trying to resolve this last problem for over a month now. The office staff has been completely blowing me off, not returning calls, and have blatantly lied about fixing the problem (they still haven't credited my account). They will treat you like a criminal, I guarantee it. Avoid this place at all costs and warn you friends. While I'm at it, I might as well tell you that you can pretty much forget about maintenance...my AC has been out all summer, someone has come to "fix" it three times without any progress being made. Actually, the second time it started to work, but at a cost...my carpet got completely soaked with water! Now they've fixed the leak, but the AC isn't working again! The toilet in the apartment above me flooded, and water poured down into my apartment, staining the walls, and causing all kinds of problems. They still haven't come to patch things up or paint over the stains. This place is a nightmare. If you have any self respect, look elsewhere, even if it means paying a bit more. I wish I had.
