A place to stay under $400 without sharing is hard to find. It may not be immaculate, but for the price, it is good. I rarely hear anything from my neighbors, who seem pretty nice from when I've talked to them. Trash, water, and pest control and of course maintenance is included in the rent reducing some of the bills and worries on you. Also, only being a short distance from UGA, Piedmont, and Downtown, makes it a GREAT option for a Student. Also, since it is so close to town, I save a lot og gas going to school and back.
The leasing agent are Really nice, and sympathetic. I came to Beverly because my hours are decreasing at work and it's becoming hard to afford the apartment and still go to school, and she helped me work it out so I can vacate the apartment and move back in with my parents. Amanda and Beverly have gone ABOVE and BEYOND the call of duty to help me out, and that has made it SO much easier on me moving out.
Over All, this complex is a Good value, there are a wide variety of lease terms, and apartments. I personally would recommend the 1 bedroom in the high rise right now, they have a deal going on ($424 - 612 sq ft.)
Summary:
Great value for Student, or townie with lower income. It is definitely the better of the inexpensive options.

Pam and the Manager are cut throats. In case you didn't know the A building burned down March 1 and it still hasn't gotten any repairs. The G building 2 beds apartments sewer pipes are backing up along with the other buildings in College Court so there is mold, mildew, and bacteria in the buildings there. I was talking to the Plumbers and they said the pipes are collapes in 3 places and roots growing through the pipes in more places. Sewer flooded my apartment 3 times in December and they didn't help me at all! They even tried to get me to sign papers so that I would pay for the damages their pipes caused. There are rapes and break in too not to mentions lots of nails in the parking lot which I tried to get cleaned up for 6 years. They look for reasons to charge you so you lose your deposit. The Towers have many leaks in the roof and they won't fix them they just stick buckets out to collect rain water; go check them out when it rains...

I knew about the fire, and I have to say for that is times are tough and they're(Hometowne Communities) refusing to give the complex money to fix things. I didn't know about the other buildings and their problems. I will also still defent Admanda and Beverly because they did everything they could to help us break our lease with as few problems as possible. None the less, thanks for the info on the other problems.
