I've lived here for just under 1 year now. I like the cozy atmosphere of my apartment and the quiet, simple landscaping. Overall I would recommend this apartment to any grad students or diligent undergrads looking for a quiet place to live. However, although the maintenance staff is very friendly and extremely hard working (you rock, Gregory!), Waterbury seems to be a bit understaffed, and you may find the grass on your front lawn growing a little taller than desired in the summer. If you have pets, be prepared for flea problems too. All-in-all, I have enjoyed my stay at Waterbury, but feel the rent is a bit too much for what is provided.
