Lived there for a while.
Very quiet and rarely hear anything inside or outside the apartment.
Great, huge attic.
Huge laundry room however no air conditioning in it and who needs a laundry room as big as their bedroom. I would have liked the rooms to be bigger, NOT have a gigantic laundry room.
The people that work there are great and are very reliable. The neighbors are all nice, quiet people and it is never loud. There is only one person in the neighborhood that made noise but he was out of town a lot anyways.
The maintenance work gets done promptly and the guy that does it is a great guy. The lady that works there is super sweet and is very reliable. The office hours however suck and are the weirdest I've ever seen.
THE BAD part is the apartments are made for tiny people who like tiny closets and tiny rooms with a tiny bathroom, and an even smaller kitchen.
The kitchen is so small I had anxiety attacks in it. If you cook, DO NOT LIVE here b/c you will learn to hate cooking.
If you are prone to anxiety do not live here because the walls start to close in on you after a while.
If you like air conditioning that doesn't have to be adjusted every hour and keeps the temperature stable - - do not live here. The air is a wall unit and it has no contorl over temperature in the house.
If you have friends and would like them to visit - do not live here - you will have no place for them.
If you are a tiny person who doesn't have a lot of clothing, doesn't need a big bathroom and who doesn t 't cook much at all - you can live here. This apartment is fine for one little person who doesn't have company over ever. Also this is great for people who hate to vacuum because there is very little floor space to vacuum.
I love the people that run it and the neighborhood is super safe, but I hate the apartment itself.
Old single folks who do not cook should live here.
