I live in Waterford now. Although I didnt read these reviews before we moved in, I got curious (bored) and decided to see what people said. When we moved in we had brand new bathrooms and a brand new kitchen. Ive lived in other apartments and these are by far the nicest showers and tile floors I've seen in an apartment. So I don't really understand why people are complaining about it being dumpy or old. Maybe these improvements are new, but they look better than anywhere else I have ever lived, especially for college apartments. Other than that, maintenence is always quick to respond and the manager has always been super nice.

Why would someone who lives happily here be browsing apartmentratings.com? Looks like the management is posting "5 star" postings here to skew what this place really is- a dump run by a DISHONEST manager.
