If you are considering renting at Waterford Place- THINK TWICE!
The complex for whatever reason is a haven for the growing number of homeless and addicted people in Athens. DO NOT go outside to the parking lot alone at night or you are asking for trouble.
This is NOT a good area, and it is getting MUCH worse. Also, noise from other units is out of control and the management does nothing after you sign your lease but collect your $$$.
