I have lived at waterford for 3 yrs and am only leaving because im graduating this yr and moving out of town. I really will miss being able to walk down town and to football games on the weekends. Perfect location and management is always very hospitable. I've had such a great few years here I really do hate to leave. Especially since they just remodeled! Would definitely recommend waterford to anyone!
