worst management, cheat

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
A. poor safty. this summer APT 01 was stolen.
B. not friendly, rude manager. no action until several calls to ask thing fixed.
C. They are nice ONLY before you sign a lease.
D. serious cheat. If you are living in here, you had better keep copies with your and manager's signatures. DO NOT BELIEVE whay they say. If you miss any, they might deny.
