This property is just avg.
nothing to write home about.
Mix of people live here, the inside is out dated, not new ( looks Cheap), they charge too much compared to the apartments around.
Look b4 you lease, pictures not really say what they are.
Beware of the manager SHE IS A YOUNG _____, she thinks she knows everything.
She thinks she is better than the people that live here, she is fake.
Maintenace (one guy) is old and slow.
Leasing consultants change alot, I guess because of the manager, I could not work with here.
Walls are thin, you can here everything
Just a avg.
community with a bad staff!

Wow! Lots of complaints. Just like any other community. Have an issue with the staff, call the company. They should have a customer care line you could actually talk to someone who will make a differnce rather than ranting on a website like this. As for maintenence- have some patience! YOU try being the ONLY mntc. person taking care of 136 units, on call 24/7. See how you like hearing all your little complaints. If you think you are charged too much, go somewhere else. I bet you'll have the same problem.
