Get over it! Welcome to apt. living. I don't live at West Park, but I know the management and I know a few people who do live there. It is a typical apartment community with mostly great residents, normal issues, and managment who WANT to do everything they can- but sometimes things are beyond thier power. I have always witnessed a clean, sparking pool. The clubhouse and bathrooms are clean every time i've been there. Bugs are normal, whether you own a home or rent- if you're surrounded by trees, you will have a problem at some point in time. Would you rather look at a concret wall or have the excessive noise from a street' Is your life REALLY that bad at West Park Club' No, it's not, and you know it. If it was, you'd had DONE something about it a long time ago. West Park offers a customer care line, have you called it' Have you even brought all these complaints to managements attention'' Or do you prefer to sit and fester on them' Move somewhere else- I bet you'll have similar complaints. I've worked at several communities in my career and these are the same complaints I've always heard. So, go buy a house and take care things YOUR way with YOUR money on YOUR time. See how much you'll appreciate your former apartment after that.
New renter- I encourage you to form your own opinion. What others dislike, you might not have an issue with. What is important others may not be important to you. Meet the staff yourself and visit the community yourself. If you're really concerned, interview random residents you might see my the mail box or walking around. Now THERE's your honest opinion from a resident. If you're still not pleased, then go somewhere else, do all the above, and just TRY to find the percet apartment community. Then, come back here and let us all know where PERFECTVILLE APARTMENTS are, so we can move there too!

Why do you always assume that people haven't gone to management or tried to take action themselves? I know plenty of current and former residents, myself included, who repeatedly asked very politely that things be taken care of only to be told for 3 year that "we're going to have someone take care of it soon." I do not consider 3 years "soon." Before getting all self-righteous you should probably realize that people have complained to management and to corporate repeatedly only to see nothing happen in return. That is why we write these reviews. This is where our complaints will have an impact because they obviously didn't in person. Welcome to post-apartment living warnings!
