We were the very pleased with the first impression of this place, but after a few months we learned that appearance isn't everything. The new management is unfriendly and they didn't seem to care about anything except the upcoming inspection. The gym equipment worked for the few months then it broke and we were continuously told that they were planning to prepare to order new equipment (seriously, that is what they said). The club house restrooms had ant trails all over the place, but that is a common thing in the summertime. However that is NOTHING compared to giving your child a bath and looking over to see a scorpion crawling around on your bathroom floor. The answer to that was, 'Yes those particular kinds of scorpions are common to this part of the country, we'll send the exterminator over to your place to spray early next week.' I must say, this makes going to the bathroom anything but the pleasant experience I used to have as I consistently check the floor now when I walk barefoot in my apartment.


Yes every place has their problems and we all experience certain issues being renters.. I personally am not one to complain but when I came to this site and saw the obvious self-praise I couldn't help but share another renters opinion. (and yes, the gates are always broken and the tennis court is not in good condition)

The maintenance guy is fantastic! I don't think he gets enough credit around here, he is always smiling and has always helped us out when we needed him.
