My awful experience at this complex included the following:

1) Nightly visits by the police to resolve the MANY domestic disputes that occur at this complex. One couple was next door to me and they yelled until the wee hours of the morning.
2) One evening someone unlocked my door while I was inside the apartment. Had I not installed a deadlock, this person would have gotten into my apartment.
3) The largest roaches I have ever seen.
4) Weekend parties in the parking lot which included a number of sketchy individuals who gawked when any female walked by.
5) A shower that would not turn off, thus causing flooding to the apartment below me.
6) At some point someone stole my social security number (from some mail in my mailbox) and opened several cell phone accounts in my name. That's the kind of residents you will be joining.

If you still want to rent from there after reading this, god help you. Remember the price is low for a reason!!
