small complex (which I think is good). Apartments large and good value for money.Apartments are not fancy inside and the carpets although cleaned are sometimes stained, but hey you are not paying a fortune. Mind you windows could do with being replaced. I've never had any problems there and been very happy. My neighbours have been great, but I suppose it depends who you have as neighbours.
Pool area and complex kept clean. Nice shady trees around.
A couple of cars have been broken into that I've heard about (in two years), but it is not a regular occurrence. I
