I have lived at Westside Heights less than a month. So far things are good overall. The complex is mostly quiet. The yard is maintained well. The inside of the apartment is real nice. Newer applicances and fixtures, walls freshly painted. The carpet could be better. It's feels like your walking barefoot outside. Depending on which building your in, the parking is good. It's better on the side where the mailboxes are. It's worth checking out compared to the other complexes in the area.

THIS IS AN UPDATE! 2/1/08 I HAVE BEEN IN THIS COMPLEX FOR FOUR MONTHS NOW. I HAVE A MAJOR PROBLEM WITH MY HEATING BILL. IT HAS GONE UP TO 250.OO FOR ONE MONTH. THE THEMOSTAT IS SET AT 68 DEGREES BUT THE UNIT KEEPS RUNNING. MANAGEMENT WON'T EVEN PUT IN A NEW UNIT. THIS COMPLEX IS OLD WITH SOME FRESH PAINT. TRUST ME, I WOULD RATHER MOVE TO A NEW COMPLEX.
