I am a single female living at Westside Heights for a little while now. The management has changed about 5 months ago and it is awful..... The manager is a young guy who seems ok but he is not very responsive to residents needs. He seems to be more interested in his --- --------- who often frequents his office along with his Dog and very unprofessional Assistant who happens to be ----------------- from what I am hearing. I went into the office one day and the manager was in the office with his Dog which I think is very unprofessional. Not to mention she (The Assistant ------) is very snippy, rude and unprofessional. The previous Manager was always dressed professionally and very attentive to the residents needs. I am disappointed at the new choice of management because even though the previou Manager --------- was alone I can call her at anytime and get results. The Assistant manager has the attitude that she knows everything and really seems to be uneducated in alot of her responses. The office now has (2) managers and the office seems to be closed more now. The sign is always set for (1) time to return and if you return the are never there....The new maintenance man is an older gentleman who always seems to be tired and takes forever to get any one request completed. My major concern and the deciding factor for not renewing my lease is the Grounds Man who appears very charming and sweet but is very dangerous
