Reasons to live:

1) Property managers are understanding and are there to actually help you.
2) The Property managers own a Bulldog!
3) Location, Location, Location. Conveniently located next to downtown.
4) The landscaping company keeps the property very clean even after a long weekend.
5) The current residents of Whistleberry are extremely laid back and fun college students.
6) Pool is small; however, this is actually good because it means other people don't come crash the party or break glass and thus, no cops.
7) Porches are great for partying.
8) Hardwood floors (or lament look a likes) are easy to clean.
9) Located very close to a local park.
10) Restaurants are located close the apartment complex.

Reasons NOT to live there:

1) Parking is really ------ especially if they enforce towing during your party.
2) The dumpster is located far from most apartments on the 86 side of Whistleberry.
