Not luxurious, but can't beat location

These apartments are definitely old, but applicances and plumbing is in decent shape. The carpets are pretty worn and have random stains, but if you're not terribly worried about appearances it is not a big deal. Building is kinda ugly and landscaping, forget it. But the location is GREAT---a 10 minute walk to the Arch and less than that to many bars and restaurants. Plenty of parking for you and your friends, pretty helpful staff, courteous neighbors, overall it has been a good experience. I repeat, you cannot beat the location.
