If you want to be within walking/stumbling distance to downtown, this is THE place for you. The apt is definitely small, but for the price you can't get any better. There is no dishwasher, and only 4 washers & dryers downstairs (that often are broken/leaking water), there are cockroaches (mostly dead), parking can be an issue during football season and weekends, mgmt. does not tow unwanted visitors.
Maintenance people are real good, they are very responsive.
The outside patio makes this property much more attractive, try to get one that is not screened-in. Definitely a STRANGE group of people that live here though..keep that in mind. For the price ($450), and the location (closest downtown property), if you can get past the small things, this is a great apt.
