I've lived in WCH for almost 3 years and won't be leaving until graduation. Why' Because of the ridiculously convenient location to downtown and Prince Ave., the lowest price around, the parking, and good service. Every time I've called the management company with a small issue, they take care of it within 24 hours. Also, to debunk one reviewer's comment, there is a team of nice ladies that clean the lobby and hallways at least once a week.

The cons' As with any apartment complex, you're bound to hear your neighbors. Any time I've had an issue with noise, I talk to the other tenant, all of whom have been nice about keeping it down after that. Honestly, if you act with some courtesy towards people (incl. neighbors and management), you shouldn't be too frustrated by the place.

It's a no-frills kind of place, but it has a lot going for it, too!
