Old, but really good location.

Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
WCH has alot of pros and cons.
Pros: -Great location (The north end of UGA is about a 5 min. walk.)
-The rent is cheap compared to other places($460).
-The power bill is also pretty low. (my average bill is about $23-$26.
Cons: -Old building
-The apartment itself is very basic. (but then again, for that price its not
a suprise.)
-The kitchen is tiny.
-It doesnt have Central Air, instead it has a wall unit which makes it
difficult to regulate the temp. (too cold, too hot, etc.)
Overall: Again its a very basic apartment, but it serves its purpose. The best
part about it is the location. Your really close to alot of popular bars,
resturants, etc.
