Pro:(sortof)
The apartment is located downtown if you like that. You can walk everywhere downtown
Gas stove (totally awesome since food cooks better than on electric ranges)

Annoyance Cons:
1/2 inch gap beneath the door(all apartments)
Wall unit air conditioning lets palmetto bugs in (big american cockroaches)
Raoches wlk in under the door too
Noisy
High rent for what you get, 460 is excessive for this place
Washer/dryer are not always available, only 4 of each for the whole building
Power bill was about $35 a month depending on season

Really bad Cons:
Parking is really bad, especially during football season so it is hard to watch your car
Lights in the parking lot go out so at times your car is parked in complete darkness in one lot(where you have to park when the other lots fill like the front does all the time)
Cars have been broken into
Other cars have had their tires slashed
