The place is old and bug infested. There are large gaps in baseboards, doors, windows to allow all the bugs in and out.

Some of the staff act concerned when addressed with a problem, but in the end, they ignore it. They work things into the lease that are manipulative. There is very very little "maintenance". If you report something, you'll be charged for the maintenance service (the things that 98% of apartment complexes will cover).

Because the units are owned by different owners, they individual owners often corroborate with the property company on issues (to the prop. company's benefit rather than the residents) like noise, parking, and pests.

The parking isn't bad, except on game day, when the "security guard" allows double parking.

The noise from residents' parties and the nearby bar is awful; the police will come out to break it up after 3-4 hours.

Bottom line - don't live here.
