Its nice - I think it is a very quiet place which I loved as a graduate student. There were only two reasons I moved out: distance from campus and bugs. The complex itself is very clean, however because it is HEAVILY landscaped I had at least two unwanted visitors a week, even after having them spray repeatedly. The staff is extremely friendly. Convenient location and nice pool - We really liked towne club overall. We did have a one maintenance issue, but it was answered quickly. A Good Place to Live! I lived in River Club from August 2008 to June 2009. I really enjoyed living there. The staff was always friendly and maintenance requests were taken care of in a timely manner. I don't know why people complain so much. They obviously want to put blame on someone else.
