good apartment; bad people the apartments are really new and nice. but you pay for it too. all of athens uses the woodlands pool, so dont expect to get a prime chair just because youre a resident. parking can be a pain, especially nights/weekends when people have parties. the office

I lived at Mi Casa and enjoyed living there. It is a great location, close to campus and nice surroundings. I would say it is a place for mature students, who would appreciate a peaceful and quiet enviornment. I was happy to have found such a place close to campus.

Be careful CAREFUL, watch out for an inferior apartment home and watch for hidden fee's they will charge you with upon leaving. If they cause the damage they will tell you to charge your insurance company. BAD BAD BAD

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!! The worst apt complex ever. terrible move-out procedures and fees. decrepit condition of the apartments. had my place broken into and had a computer and digital camera stolen even though there is supposedly a cop who stays there. bugs everywhere you go.
