I thought it would be appropriate to write a review on on the day I was finally being set free from my lease. This was the worst housing experience I have EVER had. When I signed my lease a year ago, the building was still under construction, so I didn't find out yet what a bunch of false advertising they had been giving me. State of the art gym' The equipment is literally from the 1980's, I checked the dates. The library is a complete joke, and the game room contains what looks like an arcade's rejected equipment...from 10 years ago. There STILL isn't a "restaurant" that they promised for the lobby. The idiotic washer/dryer combo breaks every other use and forced me to drive home to do my laundry or wait hours at a laundromat, and management refused to replace it or compensate me. 100 MIDTOWN IS COMPLETELY OVERPRICED!!! I cannot stress this enough. My roomate and I paid $1500 a month for a 550 square foot crap box. I pay the same thing now at the beautiful Alexan at Lenox for a place 5 TIMES THE SIZE AND QUALITY. Management is completely clueless and rude, maintainence is overworked, and the staff are just a bunch of moody, bored kids. The building is in terrible condition and really GHETTO. Stay far, far away.
