First off, the rent is absurd. For a two-person one-bath apartment, it costs a total of $1,656 between the two tenants. Parking is NOT included. It is an ADDITIONAL $80 a month. The refrigerator/freezer combo is cheap and doesn't even include an ice-maker. The dishwasher is falling apart. The oven takes nearly 30 minutes to heat up to 350. The washer/dryer combo unit, as unique as it sounds, takes over 4 hours to dry a load and it is impossible to remove your clothes from the unit without breaking it, during it's cycle. The employees are generally nice. However, the management is pitiful. The water has been turned off every other day this week for "repairs" and there is a huge amount of construction (and therefore dirt, dust, and other messiness) on the first floor for a Chinese restaurant. They have slapped several parking notice stickers, which are nearly impossible to remove, on my friend's vehicles for staying overnight in... GUEST PARKING. Nor is the management helpful in addressing these complaints. I cannot wait to move out of here. It is a nightmare for both you and your wallet.

Overnight visitors who are staying at your place more than 3 nights in a row need a parking sticker...else they'd live with you and not pay rent! That's so obvious... Also, management is understanding and, unless you're a total brat to them, they try to make accommodations for everything you need! And, for the prices...don't be fooled by this review... - ___ -* You only pay for your rent, it doesn't matter about your roommates...so why are you even complaining about it?
