The location adjacent to Georgia Tech is unbeatable. No pool, but who has time for swimming' Prices are competitive with other student housing, even a little less. Less than GT on campus housing for sure. On site parking is secure and convenient. No one gets free parking in midtown or at any college, so complaints about parking cost is absurd. There is a ton of private study space in the building when you want it. A new high end Chinese restaurant just opened on site and is very good.
