I was reading the reviews that have been written and I disagree with the majority of them. I have lived here since August 2005. I must admit things were rough in the beginning but now everything is great. I don't know where the person is coming from regarding the staff. Everyone here is very friendly. Like the foreign student wrote, if you get lonely, you can go downstairs and talk to the people in the office. Does this place charge extra for things' Only when you break the rules.... Follow the rules and get along with your roommates and you will not have a problem (go figure). I do have to agree about the washer/dryer. It really does suck but I have asked about it and was told they are looking into putting in a laundry facility.
This place is very safe. They have people here virtually 24/7. If you need anything, just walk downstairs. They are a lot more accommodating than other apartment complexes.
I love it here!
