I just moved out - finished grad school and one of the RA's here asked me to post something positive.

First off, these bad reviews are not like this place at all.

Yea, there are issues every now and then, but compared to other choices, you want to live in Midtown, be in a relatively safe are, this is the place.

Biggest beef for me are those W/D units.

Worthless.

They get the job done but set a side some time cause the loads are small.

There's a handful of residents that are low class -- likely the ones complaining-- some people are never satisfied.

I'd go as far to say that this place is the highest class place that you can choose, lots of great people, I made some and walked away from the lease there - said Midtown is 100% better.

There u have it, stay here if you can afford it.

Only reason I gave maintenance four stars is cause of those blasted W/D units - other than that, the place is really clean and I didn't have any maintenance problems while I was there.

Note that this post was the result of his RA asking him to post. You don't think this was an attempt to brown-nose his RA. What do you think his RA and housing staff would have done if he posted the place sucks.

The posts are annonymous, so the staff would never know who said what. PLUS the RA's aren't like dorm RA's, so they are not there to babysit or get you in trouble...they just run the front desk when the leasing staff is out.
