Poor maintenance and upkeep, and management cares nothing about residents or their quality of living aside from paying rent. Also, there is NO lease flexibility. Read the fine print. The contract stated that they had a sub-leasing service if residents chose to sub-lease; the "service" for sub-leasing was seeing that you did not get spammed on craigslist. The website boasts that they have five elevators for the nine floor building, but did not include the fact that one or two of them is always broken, and the others more often than not smell like vomit or marijuana.
