The walls are paper thin.

You can hear everything.

Punk kids running down the halls at night yelling and screaming.

Security is a joke.

Anybody can get into this place.

I've seen homeless people walking down the hall.

A lot of partying - someone told me drugs are easy to get in that drug dealers actually live in the place.

I guess that's getting close to their market.
Most of the so-called amenities stay broken.

My car was broken into the third week.

Lots of car break-in's.

It's not problem getting past the gate.

The crooks just tailgate in behind someone and then they have a shadowy parking garage to engage in their trade - breaking into cars.

Rather than providing safety the gated parking garage acts as a magnet for car crooks.
The staff are -------s.

Maintenance sucks.

The rules are ridiculous.

Don't get fooled by their clever marketing and web site.

THIS PLACE IS AWFUL.
AND NO DOUBT ANY POSITIVE REVIEWS ARE WRITTEN BY THE OFFICE STAFF.

LMAO @ "seen homeless people walking down the halls..." that is funny, but terribly sad at the same time.
